Since the days of Noah’s Ark, when the dove flew back with a branch of olive tree in the beak, it became a Biblical symbol for safety, freedom and peace. This Mezuzah case depicts two doves sitting in their alcoves. The Artist chose to use roughly brushed finish pewter for this piece, a perfect backdrop for the two doves.
