polish that highlights the beauty of surrounding forms. Stainless steel is also
incredibly strong and durable. With proper care, your stainless steel tableware
should retain its original beauty through a lifetime of service. However, like
any other highly polished material, stainless steel will scratch with contact to
rough surfaces or abrasive materials such as cleaning pads or metal utensils.
Stainless steel may also react with other metals such as silver, if left in
close contact in standing water, the dishwasher, or other damp environments.
Therefore, it is best to wash dissimilar metals separately and hand dry
immediately with soft cloth.
