Silverimpressions.com is a family-owned business headquartered in Eastern Pennsylvania. We've been in the business since 1990 as a brick and mortar gift galley, and on the web since 2000.

We consider ourselves a broad-spectrum one-stop gift shop - a New World high-techy e-store that hasn't forgotten about Old World customer service. We offer gift wrapping and message card service for a modest charge. We now do affordable in-house engraving with a state of the art computerized engraver.

Our passion has always been in silver and alternative metals, but we haven't shied away from other lines popular with our customers. Hard-backed placemats such as  the Pimpernel , Jason and Lady Clare that have become another one of our specialties.

Ordering Information
  To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button beside the item you would like and follow the instructions given. All fields in the order form must be filled in order to complete your order. Our ordering system is set up for US mainland only. We have suspended international orders because of repeated delivery issues.

When you click the "Add to Cart" button, the item will be added to your shopping cart. Putting an item in your shopping cart does not commit you to buying it. You can than choose to check out or continue shopping. You can also make changes to the quantities, or remove items from your shopping cart. You can always go back to your shopping cart by clicking "Show Cart".

If you request gift wrap, a charge of $4.95 will be added to your total before you check out. If you are ordering multiple items: Please indicate whether you wish them to be gift-wrapped together or separately. Please enter your personalized message, and be sure to sign your name the way you want it on the card.

Important: If you entered any information incorrectly and the page refreshed, you may have lost your gift message! Take a second look and make sure it's still there. If you're unsure, you can always email us to make sure we received your message.

PLEASE NOTE: WE  ONLY COLLECT SALES TAX ON ORDERS THAT ARE SHIPPED TO PA ADDRESS.

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.

Privacy Policy
All credit card information is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted form for your security. If you feel better about ordering by Fax, please fill the electronic order form, print it and fax it to us at: (610) 838-3037.

Silver Impressions does not sell nor share any of your personal information. We will protect your privacy as if it was our own.

Shipping Information
 

We charge a flat rate of $5.95 for all orders up to $75 shipped via UPS Ground. We offer free UPS ground shipping for all orders of $75 and over, shipped to one address within the continental US . PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGE WE PAY IS ALWAYS MORE THAN $5.95. PLEASE MAKE YOUR SELECTION CAREFULLY AS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING AS WELL AS THE ACTUAL OUTBOUND SHIPPING CHARGE IF YOU RETURN YOUR ORDER.

We are shipping from Eastern Pennsylvania - all orders bound for the east coast will be delivered within 1-3 business days. For other areas, please refer to our UPS map above. Please remember that delivery times quoted on the map are business days only - UPS does not work Saturday or Sunday. 

MOST ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN ONE BUSINESS DAY! ENGRAVING ORDERS TAKE 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS TO FULFILL. IF THERE IS A DELAY IN SHIPPING YOUR ORDER WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BY E-MAIL.

Saturday delivery is available by UPS for an extra charge of $14. If you need your package delivered on Saturday you must let us know when you place your order. We offer all shipping methods available by UPS.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOX ADDRESSES.

Shipping charges for air packages are calculated by the weight of the item you ordered. We use UPS charts to calculate the shipping cost. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation by E-mail, including UPS tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

In the spirit of the Holidays, we are determined to do our best that every gift reaches its recipient on time. However, we must accord with UPS holiday shipping policies because in the end, they make the deliveries. OUR OFFICE AND SHIPPING DEPARTMENT WILL BE CLOSING ON FRIDAY DECEMBER 21ST AT NOON EST. WE WILL REOPEN ON JANUARY 2ND. ALL ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN FRIDAY, DECEMBER 21ST NOON EST AND CHRISTMAS EVE, DECEMBER 24TH, NOON EST WILL SHIP ON WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 26TH. ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER MONDAY DECEMBER 24TH 5PM EST WILL SHIP ON WEDNESDAY JANUARY 2ND.

Please follow the ordering dates below to ensure your gifts arrive by December 24. Shipping options apply to in-stock items shipped to physical addresses within the United States.

Thursday Dec. 13 Noon EST  - Last day to order using GROUND shipping to the West Coast

Friday Dec. 14 Noon EST - Last day to order using GROUND shipping to the Mid West

Monday Dec. 17 Noon EST - Last day to order 3RD DAY SELECT to all addresses and GROUND to the East Coast

Wednesday Dec. 19 Noon EST - Last day to order 2ND DAY to all addresses and GROUND to NY, NJ . MD, DE, CT and Eastern PA.

Friday Dec 21 Noon EST - Last day to order NEXT DAY AIR and NEXT DAY AIR SAVER to all addresses

Please do not wait for the last minute, remember that adverse weather can delay deliveries at the last minute.

~ Orders shipped via Next Day Air, 2ND Day Air and 3 Day Select placed after 2PM EST will be shipped on the next business day.

~ Next Day Air means that the order will be delivered by 10:30 am on the next business day from the day it was shipped (not ordered).

~ 2ND Day Air means that the order will be delivered by the end of the day on the second business day from the day it was shipped (not ordered).

~ 3RD Day Select means that the order will be delivered by the end of the day on the third business day from the day it was shipped (not ordered).

Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to us at Silver Impressions. We encourage you to carefully make your shopping choices and read all the product info provided to make sure you are ordering the correct item. We are flexible with returns but please be aware that the you will incure the outbound and inbound shipping cost for your order.

We carefully check every item before shipping and we give extra care to our packaging to make sure that every item arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged or defective please contact us immediately. All claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of orders.

All purchases carry a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please e-mail us at info@silverimpressions.com to arrange for a return. We will give you RA# and a shipping address. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in a new condition. The RA# must be included with your return. We will not accept COD deliveries. Please make sure you use an insured carrier, as Silver Impressions can not be responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. Personalized items can not be returned. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

As soon as your returned item arrives at our office we will check it and issue a credit to the credit card used for purchase. If you received this item as a gift please provide us with a credit card number to which you want your credit applied. 

Returned items must be in perfect, unused condition and packed in their original packaging. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

Pimpernel, Jason and Lady Clare placemats  that have been opened are subject to a 25% charge as they cannot be resold at full price. The design is viewable through  the cellophane wrap - please only open if you're sure you want to keep them. 

PLEASE NOTE: CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL OUTBOUND AND RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES ON RETURNED ORDERS. THE FULL OUTBOUND SHIPPING CHARGE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR TOTAL REFUND. IF YOU PAID $5.95 FOR SHIPPING THE ACTUAL OUTBOUND SHIPPING WERE MOST LIKELY MORE. PLEASE MAKE YOUR CHOICE CAREFULLY WHEN PLACING AN ORDER, SHIPPING COST BACK AND FORTH CAN BE HEFTY.
