is a family-owned business headquartered in Eastern
Pennsylvania. We've been in the business since 1990 as a
brick and mortar gift galley, and on the web since 2000.
We consider ourselves a
broad-spectrum one-stop gift shop - a New World high-techy
e-store that hasn't forgotten about Old World customer
service. We offer gift wrapping and message card service
for a modest charge. We now do affordable in-house engraving
with a state of the art computerized engraver.
Our passion has always
been in silver and alternative metals, but we haven't
shied away from other lines popular with our customers.
Hard-backed placemats such as the Pimpernel
, Jason and Lady Clare that have become another one of our
specialties.

To place an order,

and follow the instructions given. All fields in the
order form must be filled in order to complete your
order. Our ordering system is set up for US mainland
only. We have suspended international orders because of
repeated delivery issues.
When you click the "Add to
Cart" button, the item will be added to your
shopping cart. Putting an item in your shopping cart
does not commit you to buying it. You can than choose to
check out or continue shopping. You can also make
changes to the quantities, or remove items from your
shopping cart. You can always go back to your shopping
cart by clicking "Show Cart".
If you request gift wrap, a
charge of $4.95 will be added to your total before you
check out. If you are ordering multiple items: Please
indicate whether you wish them to be gift-wrapped
together or separately. Please enter your
personalized message, and be sure to sign your name the
way you want it on the card.
Important: If you entered any
information incorrectly and the page refreshed, you may

We offer free UPS ground shipping for all orders of $75

Saturday delivery is available by UPS for an extra
charge of $14. If you need your package delivered on
Saturday you must let us know when you place your order.
We offer all shipping methods available by UPS.

Shipping charges for air packages are calculated by the weight of the
item you ordered. We use UPS charts to calculate the
shipping cost. Once your order is shipped you will
receive a shipping confirmation by E-mail, including UPS
tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

is very important to us at Silver Impressions. We
encourage you to carefully make your shopping choices
and read all the product info provided to make sure you
are ordering the correct item. We are flexible with
returns but please be aware that the you will incure the
outbound and inbound shipping cost for your order.
We carefully check every item
before shipping and we give extra care to our packaging
to make sure that every item arrives safely.
If your order arrives
damaged or defective please contact us immediately. All
claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of
orders.
All purchases carry a 30-day
money back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your
purchase for any reason, please e-mail us at info@silverimpressions.com
to arrange for a return. We will give you RA# and a
shipping address. Merchandise must be returned in its
original packaging, unused and in a new condition.
The RA# must be included with your return. We will not
accept COD deliveries. Please make sure you use an
insured carrier, as Silver Impressions can not be
responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping.
Personalized items can not be returned.
No
returns will be accepted after 30 days.
As soon as your returned item
arrives at our office we will check it and issue a
credit to the credit card used for purchase. If you
received this item as a gift please provide us with a
credit card number to which you want your credit
applied.
Returned items must be in
perfect, unused condition and packed in their original
packaging. Please note that shipping charges are not
refundable.
Pimpernel, Jason
and Lady Clare placemats that have been opened are subject to a 25%
charge as they cannot be resold at full price. The
design is viewable through the cellophane wrap -
please only open if you're sure you want to keep them.
