~ Platter is 11"L x 12.5"W.

~ Always hand wash your Enameled Brillante in warm sudsy water soon after each use (also before using for the first time) and towel dry immediately.
~ NEVER PUT ENAMELED BRILLANTE IN THE DISHWASHER OR MICROWAVE.
~ Coat Brillante lightly with vegetable oil or spray when serving salads or salty food.
~ Avoid prolonged storage acidic foods. Standing water can cause staining.
~ Avoid using sharp knives to cut directly on the surface.
~ Extreme temperatures can adversely affect any enamel surface. DO NOT WARM IN OVEN OR CHILL IN FREEZER. Warm or cold foods can be served comfortably.
