PEWTER CARE:
Pewter articles given proper care do not tarnish or require polishing. Handling your pewter gives it its distinctive patina. After each use, hand wash your pewter with soap and warm water and follow with a good towel drying. Do not allow pewter to air dry because it may leave water spots that are difficult to remove. DO NOT WASH PEWTER IN DISHWASHER! Pewter should not be used for cooking or storing food and beverages. However it is ideal for a serving vessel for food and beverages.
