The
artisans at Old Word Pewter are continuing to bring forth and recreate works of
both utilitarian and artistic purpose. This tea set was carefully re-created
using research conducted in both Europe and the U.S. using old authentic
traditions and techniques established centuries ago by the ancient Old World
pewter-smiths, while insuring that the finest quality and purity of pewter is
used in the production of articles that will reflect our rich pewter heritage.
This set includes generous size coffee and tea pots, creamer and covered sugar bowl. All pieces are polished.
~ Coffee
pot is 9.5” tall and holds 32 oz. Teapot is 6” tall and holds 28 oz. Sugar
bowl is 4.5” tall, 6.5”W including handles. Creamer is 3.5” tall.
~ Made
of pewter, no polishing required. Natural darker patina will develop over time.
~
Casting and tooling marks may appear as “imperfections” but are part of the
character of the product.
